Shipping
Free worldwide shipping. We send your Ancestrum kit to your home or workplace, anywhere in the world, completely free of charge. Any import taxes, duties or customs charges that may apply in your country are payable by you.
Dispatch. We dispatch your kit within a maximum of 10 days from the moment your payment is confirmed, to the address you gave when placing the order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination.
Transport risk is ours. We are responsible for the loss or damage of the collection tube in transit, from the moment your order is confirmed until it is delivered to you, except in cases of force majeure.
Damaged or defective kits. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, write to us at info@ancestrum.com within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace it free of charge. This does not cover kits damaged through misuse.
Sending your sample to the laboratory. Once you have taken your saliva sample, you send the tube back to us using the envelope included in the box, through your national postal service or the courier you prefer. This return shipment is arranged and paid for by you.
Your reports. You will receive your seven reports by email approximately 6 weeks after your sample reaches our laboratory.
Returns and refunds
30-day guarantee on unopened kits. If you change your mind, you can return your kit within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unopened and unused, and we will refund you in full. We cover the cost of the return shipment. Write to info@ancestrum.com and we will tell you where to send it.
14-day right of withdrawal. Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason and without penalty. A simple email to info@ancestrum.com is enough; you do not need to use any particular form.
Refunds. We refund all payments received within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method you used for your order.
When a refund is no longer possible. Ancestrum is a personalised analysis service. Once your sample has been processed and your reports produced, the service has been fully performed and it can no longer be refunded. If you contact us before your sample has been processed, we will cancel your order and refund you.
